The Veterans of World War I of the USA Memorial is located at Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza in Phoenix, Arizona, just east of the Arizona State Capitol.  There are 35 memorials located on this plaza. The plaza is located between West Adams Street and West Jefferson Street and east of 17th Avenue.

The memorial comprises a grey granite monolith about 6' high mounted on a low plinth.

The inscription on the memorial is:

The memorial was erected by the Veterans of World War I of the USA, Department of Arizona (an organization no longer extant) and was dedicated on November 11, 1969. A bronze plaque bearing the organization's insignia has been missing since at least 2007.  There are plans to restore the memorial, including replacing the missing plaque.
