Description

A plaque affixed to a small obelisk at Elmwood Cemetery honors the 15 men of the Chicago Typographical Union No. 16 who lost their lives in service in World War I. It was dedicated September 12, 1920. The memorial is in section 4 of the cemetery. It is surrounded by approximately 425 graves of deceased union members.
